Please don't confuse Amazon PL with Etsy PL.

For Etsy PL you don't need bulk of inventory, you don't need 3pl in the start, you can start with a minimum of 10 products in hand and after getting sales, start increasing your inventory gradually.

What Etsy PL means is that you own a product, you have your own brand name, you have a simple DIY kind of product packaging for reduced costs.

E.g

1) Leather keychain (following the trends) as a Micro-niche Brand

Find a manufacturer and order 10 types of keychains with 10 pcs. each article.

Your per product cost would be around 100rs max. So the total would be ~10000PKR.

2000 for DIY packaging

2000 for creative printing of stickers and brochures.

Rest can be used for other expenses like shipping n all.

2) Dog toy basket made of Canvas

You can get it manufactured in Faisalabad minimum of 30pcs 5 designs (screen printed)

Min price per basket is 300 to 400

~ total 9000 to 12000 plus 50 to 80 per screen print. 5 designs in the start 500 extra for screen prints.

2000 for DIY packaging

2000 for stickers and brochures

The categories and products are unlimited which can be started with the bare minimum of 25k other than Etsy account creation charges.

Once your account is established you can always move forward towards 3pl.

3) Digital products PL. If you are a graphic designer then you don't need any kind of investment other than account creation and monthly expenses which are again 25k for the first month and afterward ~30$ per month for tools and VPS.

Rest is up to you either you invest 100$ or 1k$ or 10k$

If you don't know how money works then chances are that you gonna lose your money.
